After several years working in London’s property letting and management industry, our founder became tired of dealing with landlords and tenants dissatisfied with the standard of check-in, check-out and inventory reports that inventory companies were currently producing.

 

Nick decided to found a company himself that promises detailed, thorough and high-quality reports. After spending a year reviewing reports and liaising with inventory companies and clerks, Nick still hadn’t seen any that met the standard he was looking for. The Inventory Shop was founded through moments of inspiration, perseverance, and courage.

 

Nick’s passion for creating a company that produces detailed, comprehensive and thorough reports fast, efficient and timely manner is at the heart of what kept The Inventory Shop beating since its first report in 2106.

 

We use some of the most innovative software on the market to create our digital reports, including a high-resolution photos gallery. This allows us to meet a rigorous compliance checklist, as the property’s cleanliness and condition are documented in an engaging and revolutionary way.
