All our prices are not subject to VAT.
The above prices are based on the property having 1 reception and 1 bathroom. Additional rooms, WC, en-suits, gardens, terraces, cellars etc will be charged accordingly.
All inventories include photos. All inventory reports will be generated using the latest inventory software.
We are London based and we have fully trained in-house clerks - we carry full insurance for public liability and professional indemnity.

If you find one of our services at a lower price and prove that it meets the criteria shown below:

1. The service name.
2. The competitor's name and price.
If we confirm that the service is being offered at a lower price, and that it meets the price match criteria, we will match that price.
Where we honour the price, the difference will be returned to the original method of payment and is non-transferable.
Price Match Terms and Conditions
For us to match a lower price, it needs to meet the following criteria:

Price match will only apply against a single purchase, not bulk discount prices.

The price of the comparison service must be valid on day of the booking from THE INVENTORY SHOP.

The service is identical to the one of our services.

The competitor must be based in the London and Registered or offering their services between Zone 1 and Zone 4.

Competitions, free services and giveaways are excluded from the price match.

THE INVENTORY SHOP decision will be final on the price match guarantee.
